Well, this is my last post of our trip. I can't believe it's been two months since we've been home. This was probably one of the most incredible trips I have ever taken. To see history that I've read about since I was little and to experience culture from four different countries was a dream come true. We are just a tiny part of this huge world.

We walked through the Roman Ruins where more of uncovered each year.

We took the subway and every car had been decorated with graffiti. It was really cool.

Our last dinner together. We ate at this tiny little place owned by an Italian family and they treated us like we were old friends. Our waiter was the cutest guy and had a great personality. He kept asking if he could take Angelsea home for the night!

Here we are at the Trevi Fountain. The tradition is to toss a coin into the fountain which is a promise you'll be back to visit Rome again, yes we all threw coins in. I threw in a couple of extra hoping I'll visit this amazing city many more times. I hope you all are able to visit someday. Ciao!

Have I mentioned how amazing the shopping was?

We toured toured the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. Both were full of beautiful art and history. We also saw the Pope while we were there. He's the little guy in white very far away!!!!

Rome had to be one of my favorites! I loved everything about this city, the fashion, the cafe's, the chaos and especially the 2,000 year old building known as the Colosseum. I've heard so many stories, seen so many pictures but to stand inside the Colosseum was incredible. This amphitheater could hold up to 50,000 people.

The floor is missing and below are underground passages where they kept animals and prisoners. Criminals, gladiators and animals fought to death and this is what they considered entertainment!

We only spent a few hours in Florence, not enough time for this city full of art and history. We saw Michelangelo's David at the Accademia and took a tour of the Uffizi Gallery.

Sitting down for another fabulous Italian feast!

This is Tuscany. A beautiful town full of vineyards, olive trees, tiny boutiques, great little restaurants and more gelato! The hotel we stayed at was family owned and they made it very hard to leave. The food was all made from scratch, the cappuccinos were incredible and the it felt like a home away from home.

Angelsea being creative with her photography!
